Once the Owners Corporation (or Strata Committee) decides to appoint Bay Strata, the transition process is straightforward and carefully managed.
Routine work orders are included in Bay Strata’s base management fee.
Some strata managers charge additional fees per quotation or per work order — we believe day-to-day management should be part of the service you’re already paying for.
Absolutely.
While we can provide recommendations if requested, the Owners Corporation is always free to choose its preferred broker and policy provider. We do not operate an in-house brokerage or benefit from hidden commissions.
Pet approval in a strata scheme is governed by the by-laws set by the Owners Corporation. As these by-laws vary between schemes, it is essential to review the specific rules that apply before bringing a pet into the building, or before purchasing or renting within the scheme.
